We couldn’t believe how well you captured our story; you made our special day so easy and stress free, nothing was a problem. Janice was absolutely lovely to deal with! She helped us make our day better and her attention to detail was fantastic and helped support our vision, which was to make our guests enjoy the day as much as us.

I’m touching base with you to express my appreciation in the way you conducted the process of my Mum’s service. Starting with dealing our initial contact via teams meeting. How you managed to understand and capture the essence of Mum – V and our family’s dynamics from a few short hours astounds me.
Your guidance and experience in constructing Mum’s service seemed effortless. Even our face to face meeting in Toowoomba was one of ease and comfort while you dealt with all the emotional undertones. You adapted and adjusted to what you observed and felt from the congregation on the day and that is an outstanding skill.
Your compassion, professionalism and calm persona that you showed to my family and myself is something I’ll always remember and I’m grateful for.
In closing, Janice, my words feel inadequate but are heartfelt and I’ve tried to express just some of what I feel.
May you continue with your vocation in which you clearly excel. I wish you the very best.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank you for everything you did for Dad’s funeral yesterday.
It was such an incredibly emotional and difficult day for our family, but the way you helped us honour and celebrate Dad made it feel so personal, meaningful and true to who he was. Your warmth, kindness and compassion throughout the whole process meant more to us than I can really put into words.
Yesterday was exactly what we wanted for Dad — a beautiful farewell filled with love, laughter, tears and so many memories of the incredible man he was. Knowing that everything was being handled with such care allowed us to simply be present with our family and friends and focus on saying goodbye.
Thank you for treating Dad, and all of us, with such dignity and genuine care. In one of the hardest moments of our lives, having someone like you guiding us through it made such a difference.
We will always be incredibly grateful for the part you played in giving Dad the farewell he deserved.
I’ve had so many positive compliments after Mum’s funeral service, and I wanted to thank you so much for being an integral part of it. I am so pleased that Burstow’s recommended you to be our Officiant. The guidance you gave us with choosing the music was invaluable, I watched every artist on You tube in order to make the decisions about them. I was able to relax and enjoy the Eulogy as you read it, instead of nervously doing it myself. You are very professional and caring at the same time, of which I can’t tell you how much it means to me. You relayed Mum’s life beautifully.

I had the privilege of recently engaging Janice to officiate my Dad’s funeral service. Janice was a personal friend of Dad’s, and the heartfelt compassion in delivering his service was genuine, compassionate and heartfelt.
